Gallup | No Major Change in Americans’ Exercise Habits in 2011.

About half of Americans (51.6%) reported that they exercised three or more days per week in 2011, essentially unchanged from 2010. Specifically, respondents are asked to report on how many days in the last seven they exercised for at least 30 minutes. Continue.
